Q&A - How can we get rid of squash bugs in our cucumbers?

Question:
How can we get rid of squash bugs in our cucumbers?

Answer:

Squash bugs can be hard to control. Alainia Hagerty, owner of tomatobaby.com says to scout early for their eggs and pick them off. If the eggs hatch you can use insecticidal soap or oils on the nymphs. Once they are adults, they are much harder to control. You can also plant a second round of cucumbers for a fall crop.
