Should I dig up tulips growing in heavy soil, every year?
In heavy soils, tulips bulbs often rot and fail to survive to the next spring. Once they die back in the spring, digging them up and drying them can help them survive. University of Memphis Director of Landscape Joellen Dimond explains what to do.
