What is this spring-blooming shrub? A:Deutzia

This is Deutzia. It has not been commonly used until recently. Horticulturist Jason Reeves describes the plant and talks about some of the newer cultivars including ‘Chardonnay Pearls.’ It is a tough, very drought tolerant plant.
