What is this leafless plant? It just came up in my garden.

This is a nerine. They are also called Guernsey lily or Jersey lily. It first comes up in the fall, with a flower stalk and blooms. Then after the bloom it will grow leaves which will stay all winter. As the weather warms up the leaves will die back to the ground where it will be dormant until next fall.
