Q&A – How do I get rid of leaf curl on my tomato plants?

Question:
How do I get rid of leaf curl on my tomato plants?

Answer:

Leaf curl is a sign that tomato plants are stressed in the heat. Alainia Hagerty from tomatobaby.com says because they are stressed they are more susceptible to other problems so it is a good time to make sure they have a protective coat of fungicide. UT Extension Agent Chris Cooper says you should make sure the leaf curl is not a result of herbicide drift.
