I have zinnias with powdery mildew. Should I remove them?

Answer:
Towards the end of summer zinnias can get powdery mildew and other diseases. Retired MSU Extension Horticulture Specialist Lelia Kelly says you could cut them back or spray them with fungicide, or even pull them all out.
