What is the best time of year to cut tree limbs?
Kentucky bluegrass seeds germinate best between 65-70 degrees. Above or below that temperature the germination rate goes way down. University of Memphis Director of Landscape Joellen Dimond says you can plant in the spring or fall during that temperature range. Sod is also best laid at that temperature too.
