Fried Cabbage
 

UT Extension agent Rita Jackson shows how to cook fried cabbage. The tasty dish is lightly seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic and chicken bullion. You can download the recipe below.
Ingredients:
1 head of cabbage, cored and sliced
1 bell pepper, chopped (optional)
1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 bouillon cube, chicken or beef
1/3 cup water
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
