Nuisance Wildlife: Deer

Retired UT Extension, Agent Mike Dennison, talks about deer. Deer are a worsening problem in urban and suburban areas because of a lack of predators and hunting. When deer populations get high there are several diseases that will kill a large portion of the population. Mike gives some advice about how to try to keep deer away including fences, electric fences, frightening devices, etc. One of the most effective methods is to have a dog.
