What is a good grass that will
grow in shade?

There are several grasses that will grow in shade. However, all of them require at least four hours of sun per day. A five-star blend of fescue will grow in these conditions along with Palisades, Royal, Zenith, and Meyer zoysia. If you do not have four hours of sun per day in your yard you can use moss as a ground cover.
