This plant is growing in my flower bed. It has beautiful white flowers. What is it?

Answer:
The plant is allium (allium tuberosum) otherwise known as garlic chives. It has flat leaves and beautiful star shape flowers which attract many beneficial insects. It is edible and tastes like part garlic- part onion and can be used as a garnish.
