Q&A – Do you have a recipe for an organic fertilizer blend from single ingredient fertilizers?

Question:
Do you have a recipe for an organic fertilizer blend from single ingredient fertilizers?

Answer:

The first thing to do is get a soil test. Gardener Peter Richards says this will tell you what nutrients you have in your soil and will help keep you from adding unnecessary fertilizer. He then talks about how to convert synthetic fertilizer recommendations to organic fertilizer.
