I have rooted knock out roses. Should I plant in the fall or wait until spring?
Answer:
If you can’t put them in an area that won’t freeze rose expert Bill Dickerson says you should plant them as early as possible. To help the rose survive the winter pile dirt or mulch over the top to shield them from the cold. In the spring remove the mulch.
