Q&A – My ninebark shrub got too much water. Can I bring it back
to life?
Question:
My ninebark shrub got too much water. Can I bring it back to life?
Answer:
The ninebark is suffering from root rot. Gardener Peter Richards says this is because it was overwatered. He says it may be possible to save it, but you are probably better replacing it. If you do replant, make sure the new ninebark is planted in such a way that it has good drainage.
