What is the difference between 8-8-8, 10-10-10, and 13-13-13 fertilizer?

Answer:

These are different concentrations of fertilizer. University of Memphis Director of Landscape Joellen Dimond says the numbers are the concentration of each element: Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium. UT Extension Agent Chris Cooper says each number is the percentage of each element in the total.
