Q&A – What is this plant? A – Sedum

Question:
Can someone identify this plant for me? I haven’t a clue to what it is or how to best take care of it.

Answer: 
This is a sedum. Sedums like well drained soil and do not like being over-watered. They prefer drier conditions.
