Tall, Slender Trees
Tall, slender trees can make a statement in the landscape and fit where other trees would be too wide. UT Gardens - Jackson Horticulturist Jason Reeves shows several varieties growing at the gardens and talks about each one. He shows an oak, sweet gum, tulip poplar, zelkova, and elm. Each tree has a slightly different shape and growth habit. Jason explains that these trees are growing naturally, without irrigation or fertilizer.
