Chicken Tomato Tortellini

Directions
Add the tortellini to 2 qts. boiling, salted water and cook until tender based on package directions. (If frozen, should take about 2-3 minutes.) Watch it carefully. When done, drain, spray with Pam, and set aside.
Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat. Sauté ¼ cup onion in melted butter. Add the tomatoes, tomato juice, spinach, salt, pepper, basil and garlic. Cook over medium heat and stir until the mixture begins to bubble.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, milk and cream. Stir this mixture into the saucepan along with the Parmesan cheese. Heat through, then reduce heat to low, and simmer until thick, about 2 minutes. Add cooked chicken.
Add tortellini to the tomato and sauce mixture. Stir to coat, and serve.
