Q&A – How do I keep the neighbor’s cats from using my garden as a litter box?

Question:
How do I get my dogwood tree to bloom?

Answer:

The trees are planted in a wooded area, but it may be too deep of shade. University of Memphis Director of Landscape Joellen Dimond says wild dogwoods grow at the edge of the forest, not in the middle. She also says dogwoods need good drainage to be happy.
