Q&A – How can I stop cinch bugs
on my lawn?

Question:
How can I stop cinch bugs on my lawn?

Answer:

Cinch bugs have several generations per year so they can take some time to control. UT Extension Agent Chris Cooper says insecticide granules will control the problem, but the granules may be killing the nymphs you can’t see, not the adults you can see. The effect will be seen when the adults die and there are no nymphs to become adults. Chris gives some pointers for using granules effectively.
