Q&A – How do I keep chipmunks out of my garden bed?

Question:
How do I keep chipmunks out of my garden bed?

Answer:

Chipmunks can be a nuisance. University of Memphis Director of Landscape Joellen Dimond says she recently had chipmunks move in under her garden bed. She thinks when fall arrives and she disturbs the soil and removes the plants they will leave. You could also trap them. If the chipmunks don’t bother you, you can leave them alone.
