Q&A – What product can kill grass in my liriope?

Question:
What product can kill grass in my liriope?

Answer:

Liriope is not a grass. It is in the lily family, and is broadleaved. UT Extension Agent Chris Cooper says you can use a grass killer. UT Extension Agent Booker T. Leigh recommends testing the herbicide in a small area before using it on the whole bed.
