After about two weeks of growing the, radishes are ready to thin. If you remember we planted two seeds in every position to try to make sure we had a plant at every spot. Most of them came up so we need to thin them. The plants are close together so we can't just pull out one of the two plants because we might hurt the plant we want to keep. So we used scissors to snip the plants we are taking out. You could also use a knife or even just pinch them off with your fingernails. Depending on what you are thinning you can eat the plants you thin. They can be very tender and tasty.
